How to Manage Multi-Organization Access

When Should I Use This?

Use these Organization permissions when you need to: 

• Allow an organization to see applications from other organizations 

• Allow an organization to edit the status and assignee for applications submitted by other organizations 

• Allow an organization to read forms submitted by other organizations 

• Allow an organization to edit forms submitted by other organizations (with required dependencies)

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to the Organization level (these settings “can only be modified at the Organization level”). 

2. Open Set the organization permissions. 

3. Configure See Apps from other Organizations as needed. 

4. Configure Edit status and assignee of apps from other organizations as needed. 

5. Configure Read forms from other organizations as needed. 

6. Configure Edit forms from other organizations as needed. 

7. If you disable Read forms from other organizations, confirm you understand that it will automatically disable Edit forms from other organizations. 

8. If you enable Edit forms from other organizations, confirm you understand it will automatically enable Read forms from other organizations. 

9. Click Create to save your Organization permission settings.
